Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. Returns must be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer open purchase on our gift cards.
The return shipping costs SEK 49 / DKK 69 / €9.90 and is deducted from the amount that is refunded when we receive your return.
For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be in unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in the original packaging. If there are signs that the item has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return and we will then send it back to you without extra shipping costs.
If you have paid by credit or debit card or through Klarna (except invoice and partial payment), the amount will be returned to the account or card used for the purchase. If you have paid via Klarna invoice or partial payment, you will be contacted by Klarna for further instructions. If you have made a return of an item that you paid for with a gift card, we will issue a new digital gift card to the email used when ordering.
