Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all countries in the EU.
The shipping cost is determined at checkout, based on recipient country.
- Sweden: Free shipping
- Denmark: 69 DKK
- Rest of the EU: €9.90
We send your order traceable with Postnord to your mailbox.
Card payment via VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay and Bancontact (Belgium).
We also offer direct payment with PayPal and Ideal (Netherlands) as well as card payment, invoice and partial payment via Klarna (Sweden and other selected countries).
You can also choose to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
All prices at izalei.com are stated including 25% VAT. Note that we add Swedish VAT (25%) also to orders from other EU countries.
The delivery time for your order depends on your country, as stated below.
- Sweden: 1-2 working days
- Denmark: 2-3 working days
- Other EU: 3-4 working days
Please note that the delivery time may be extended for addresses in certain postcodes.
When your package is ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS or email that your package is on its way along with a tracking number.
All orders are handled by Postnord and sent to your mailbox. If the package does not fit, it will be placed outside your door. Please note that in accordance with PostNord's policy, the courier will assess the safety of leaving the package or choose to hand it in at the nearest agent. In that case, you will be notified of this.
When your package is ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS or email that your package is on its way along with a tracking number.

Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 30-day right of return. Returns must be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer open purchase on our gift cards.
The return shipping costs SEK 49 / DKK 69 / €9.90 and is deducted from the amount that is refunded when we receive your return.
For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be in unused condition , undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in original packaging.
If there are signs of use, we unfortunately cannot accept the return and we will then send it back to you without extra shipping costs.
We can cancel your order as long as it has not already been sent to you. After that, unfortunately, we cannot do anything and you will have to make a customary return according to the current routine.

Contact us via info@izalei.com and indicate that you want make a return, your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
Once we have registered your return in our system, you will receive an email or SMS with a QR code. Go to any Postnord agent and show the QR code when you hand in your package, and the agent will print the waybill and attach it to the package.
If you want to exchange for another product, you make a return as above. Then place a new order for the item you want to switch to. Email us your new order number and we will issue a full refund, excluding return shipping, on your returned order.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@izalei.com and attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect item received, along with your order number.
From the day you send us your return, it normally takes 3-5 working days for the return to be processed.
Refunds will be made once the returning item(s) have been checked. You will then receive a refund confirmation via e-mail.
The return shipping costs SEK 49 / DKK 69 / €9.90 and is deducted from the amount refunded when we receive your return.
If you have paid with a credit or debit card or through Klarna (except invoice and partial payment), the amount will be returned to the account or card used for the purchase. If you have paid via Klarna invoice or partial payment, you will be contacted by Klarna for further instructions. If you have made a return of an item that you paid for with a gift card, we will issue a new digital gift card to the email used for the order.
If you choose to return your items before paying your Klarna invoice, be sure to pause your invoice via the Klarna app or by contacting Klarna customer support.
Warranty & Complaints
Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all our jewellery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you feel that your jewellery has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist you with a repair or replacement.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, wear or accidents. It also does not apply if modifications or repairs have been made to the jewellery by a third party. The warranty only applies if care instructions are followed.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Email info@izalei.com with pictures and/or a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
You can complain about a product if the fault is original, such as manufacturing and material faults, and it is less than three years since you bought the product. You need to notify us of the error as soon as possible after you discover it, by emailing info@izalei.com< /a>.
Gift cards
Absolutely! Our digital gift card available in several denominations and sent immediately via e-mail to you or directly to the person you want to surprise. The gift card can be used on all products in our online store and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Note that our gift cards are non-refundable.
Enter the code shown on the gift card in the "gift card/discount code" field at checkout. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order. If there is any remaining balance, you can settle it using one of our available payment methods.
Several gift cards can be used in the same order.
Size & Fit
We recommend that you either measure a ring you already have that fits, or measure the finger you intended your new ring to sit on.

Most of our necklaces and bracelets are adjustable in three lengths. You will find exact measurements on the respective product page.
Materials & Manufacturing
All of our jewelry is made by skilled silversmiths in Arezzo, Italy, a place known for its cluster of family-owned factories with excellence in the production of silver and gold jewelry.
All jewelry from IZALEI is made in 100% recycled sterling silver. Some of the jewelery also has a rhodium plating to prevent it from oxidizing (darkening and discolouring), while others have an 18K gold plating of either 1 or 2 microns.
Recycled silver is a more sustainable alternative because it reduces the need for new mining, which in turn reduces environmental impact and preserves natural resources. It is as clean and durable as freshly mined silver and with the same quality. By choosing recycled silver, you contribute to reducing the negative environmental impact and support a more ethical production chain.
